This past weekend, my partner David and I were invited to attend the 2nd Annual "An Evening Among the Roses" Garden Party at the GORGEOUS Huntington Library located in San Marino California (UBER nice and SUPER rich Pasadena!).

Last Friday, I--along with my partner David Paul--attended the VIP Opening Night Party of the newest Exhibition--"Reel to Real"--at The Hollywood Museum. The "Reel to Real: Portrayals of Gays in Hollywood"exhibition highlights the contribution of the LGBT community to the Entertainment Industry, showcasing 10,000 Hollywood Treasures spanning 100 years of Hollywood History.

The "Reel to Real" Exhibition has something for everyone--from Costumes (Nolan Miller "Dynasty", Judy Garland, Elvira to the costume worn by Ru Paul's Drag Race Season 7 Winner Violet Chachki!) to varied Hollywood memorabilia including posters, dolls, etc., as well as DISHY background on various LGBT directors, actors, producers, costume designers and much much more! Friday night's VIP bash was a way to "kick-off" Los Angeles Pride Weekend with this Exhibition.

We both LOVE the Theater and Broadway and yes, the Tony Awards so it's always nice to attend and support The Actors Fund and all the wonderful services they provide. And sometimes, we end up bidding--and winning--on some of the great Silent Auctions items the party has.

This year's gala--which, besides viewing the Tony Awards from giant screens through the Skirball Cultural Center's ballroom, also included a three-course dinner, cocktails and special awards presentations, honoring Tony's Leading Men. Artistic Achievement Awards to Broadway Legends Theodore Bikel, Tim Curry, Alfred Molina and Joe Morton.

There were LOTS of A-list Celebs in attendance and yes, I totally freaked out in my white Dinner Jacket-and-fuchsia-tie ensemble when I saw...

Sharon Stone and Cheyenne Jackson--Sharon was seated in a table NEXT to us and OMG!!!! She looked AMAZING. Loved the black and white dress she wore...

See-Thru Sharon: the ensemble featured an inner leotard, white silk gathered chiffon bustier and uneven hem skirt attached to a black stretch illusion 3/4 sleeved top; very chic, on trend and it fit her perfectly!

Tim Curry made a rare appearance to accept his Artistic Achievement Award. The entire ballroom was abuzz about this! It was a beautiful tribute and he was great to make the effort to personally accept his award.
